Ash Scribe is an artist, writer, human-centered researcher, death doula, and land-worker.
They create earth-works, conversations, temples, grief gardens, labyrinths, end of life vigils, land use strategies, diagrams, and paintings.
Ash has spent over a decade designing for human interaction- architecting systems, conducting research, and developing university curriculums, interactive exhibitions, and object-oriented learning environments.
Their work brings synthesis to complex structures- be they human, digital, material, or spiritual in nature. They are guided by the relationship between what contains us and what we contain, what feeds us and what we feed, and the physical and energetic portals through which we are invited to shape-shift and change form.
Ash is one half of Fruits of Time Design House, where they collaborate with their partner Moth Snow to create sacred spaces and objects for life’s threshold moments.
In 2024, she founded CHANNEL, a podcast for facilitating conversations on the spiritual nature of creative practice.
She currently resides in Kingston, New York.
