Ash has spent over a decade leading human-centered research and design for large-scale digital initiatives.
Her expertise in accessibility, equity, and inclusion inform decision-makers and shape service delivery systems, such as the NYC Department of Education’s online application system and the NYC Mayor’s Office of Technology and Innovation’s MyCity platform- providing 8.4 million residents with access to essential services such as business licensing, workforce development, and child care.
She currently resides in Kingston, New York with her partner and enjoys being outside and working on house projects.
