Orchestrated operational excellence for a team of three multilingual researchers. Gathered 1,200+ data points from non-English speaking business owners and created a report, future-state vision, and solutions-based journey map for the NYC Department of Small Business Services, resulting in a language accessible platform for 2.5 million users.
