End of Life Care Ecosystems Mapping
Co-led a regional end-of-life care initiative by partnering with 2 death doulas, conducting stakeholder interviews, and mapping service providers in the Hudson Valley’s “death shed”; developed a framework for an online directory to improve equitable access and identified key demographic disparities to inform inclusive community engagement strategies.

Educational Equity & Digital Accessibility
Spearheaded ongoing qualitative research and UX design pipelines for NYC Public Schools’ first online application system serving 1.1 million students annually. Prioritized user needs, simplification of complex processes, and accessibility for historically marginalized families.

Multilingual Business Owner Service Platform
Orchestrated operational excellence for a team of three multilingual researchers. Gathered 1,200+ data points from non-English speaking business owners and created a report, future-state vision, and solutions-based journey map for the NYC Department of Small Business Services, resulting in a language accessible platform for 2.5 million users.

Large-Scale City Services Platform
Directed data-driven design strategy for an online platform for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Innovation and Technology, serving 8.4 million users. Managed a team of 6 researchers, designers, and engineers to deliver a scalable design system available in any language, on any device.

Food Security & Digital Access
Oversaw research and design processes for the NYC Mayor's Office of Food Policy to improve online grocery delivery for 3 million EBT and SNAP recipients. Delivered recommendations rooted in feasibility and gained a 100% implementation rate by stakeholders and engineering teams.
