Ash has spent a decade leading human-centered research and design for social good. 

Their expertise in accessibility, equity, and inclusion inform decision-makers and shape digital products, such as the NYC Department of Education’s first online application system and the NYC Mayor’s Office of Technology and Innovation’s MyCity platform- providing 8.4 million residents with access to essential services such as business licensing, workforce development, and child care.

They currently reside in New York with their partner and two cats, enjoy being outside, and working on house projects.
